My art to this date, good intentions, positive vibes !

I decided , inspired by this last months fundraiser I have been doing for Make A Wish Foundation

I have been doiung original pastel art pieces and got prints made up recently also... for a fundraiser I have been doing for Make A Wish Foundation, ontop of shaving my head I have had art as apart of the way to raise $10,000 for the charity.

This has been really loving and giving for me to be able to create, put on silent auctions at the Art of Pride which was at Art Design Presinct in West End,
RAW art exhibition in Brisbane
And also just through the salon I work at Pia Lane, Spring Hill Deli, and also Baz & Shaz the grocery store in Byron Bay.

I have never profited from my art I have just given it all as gifts or all proceeds go to Make A Wish foundation

It makes me rich, rich in the soul and thats enough for me for now......

I think with the intention and the place that my art comes from in the heart to go to the right places and for charity to benfit from my "talents" is good for the world and its a way I can make a difference by doing something enjoyable and fun and creative !

Her favourite colours green so I have incorporated the family tree into her star sign, I love this piece. Best ive done in watercolour.

Eye awaken.... Letting go of limitations

"EYE AWAKEN"

This piece was the beginning beginning of one I was 100% happy with and proud to have produced, the colours, ebergy, lashes, its all happening !!! This was the start of something really good, the face phase which Im still stuck in haha....

The faces started to become alive

Getting a feel for what worked, they are a different energy on the landscape not portrait thats for sure.

Things started to get heated up as the creative juices got flowing, then It started to eventuate into this whole "Psychedelic Picasso" thing. I remember the first time someone suggested picasso I googled and saw the same energy in his faces and expression only Ive added more rainbows hahah,

This was a dream I had I started to watercolour symbols of dreams, this was a green water hoirse which inspired me to get into water colours aswell as pastels so the wife Tasara baught me watercolours for my birthday and the beautiful Samantha Yallope abaught me paint brushes to do beautiful things with for my birthday Im so greatful !

About a year later , in May /June mum went away to Europe and I had her place at Noosa all to myself, so I decided to give this art thing a go again ! I had 2 days to my self n o phone, clear connection to myself and the divine, and these are what came out of me.

I dont have a visual mind, what so ever, so for my hands and creativity to produce these I was quiet amazed at what I had inside of me and started to beleive and really FEEL art.... and where it comes from, the meditative practice of connecting to your self and connecting to the higher forces at work that work as an energy channel through you to CREATE and share the love of art.

It started to become about the EYES for me... the passage to the soul

Day 1 .. July 2012.

The beginning........  July 2012.

Byron Bay 2012 , July , week of my 21st birthday I decided to do an art class with chalk pastels, couldnt draw for my life !!! This is what I came up with.

I think this says alot about where I was at at that point in life, it was reconnection with the ocean, rainbows for colour in the world, I even got a rainbow tattoed on my arm that day !

Happy birthday to me, all rainbows from 21 onwards haha...

   

I found ART,  My fathers an artist, so then I had a go at this buddha at home on my lonesome..... Wasnt bad !
